Teacher Spotlight - Katrina Glaser
I'm Katrina Glaser (aka Mrs. Glaser, the 7/8 math teacher!) I've been at RMAE for three years, but before that I taught in Bailey for 5 years. I'm an Evergreen native, but my husband is a transplant from Texas. We don't hold that against him, though. My parents, brother, and grandparents all live in the Evergreen area as well! For fun, I can be seen singing with the Evergreen Chorale, performing in musicals at Center Stage, skiing at Winter Park, hiking at 3 Sisters open space with my husband and doggo, honing my Disney trivia knowledge, or playing Lego video games at home with my husband. When we have vacations, my husband and I usually go on road trips to National Parks and National Monuments, but sometimes I've been known to take trips to Disneyworld!

Do you know a family who is looking to make a change? Can you help us spread the word about RMAE?

We are hosting our Annual Open House for incoming/possible new families and we would love if you could get the word out about this event!
It's time to purchase your 2022-2023 RMAE Yearbook. Please use the link below to purchase your school yearbook.  The deadline to purchase is December 16th. Don't miss out on all the school memories!
RMAE is participating in an Acts of Kindness Challenge for the month of November.  Each day there will be a unique act of kindness that all students and staff will be encouraged to do.  We would love for everyone to participate at home as well! Kindness has been shown to increase self-esteem, empathy and compassion, and improve mood. Kindness can also increase your sense of connectivity with others.

This week our acts of kindness will include: Holding the door open for someone, helping someone clean up their mess, writing a positive note for someone and giving a compliment.  Feel free to ask your child what the challenge was each day and how they did an act of kindness for someone.
A Note from Annie Coppock:

Hello RMAE Families!
Your kiddos are so fun and polite to work with! Thank you for making my job so easy!!!

My team and I had a whirlwind fall season so I just want to ensure everyone who placed an order received everything they purchased!

PRINT ORDERS
~Orders placed by Monday, Oct 10th were delivered to the school and were sent home with your student. If you have not received your order please touch base with your teacher or the office.

~Orders placed between Tuesday, Oct 11th and Monday, Oct 17th were mailed directly to the address provided.

DIGITAL IMAGE ORDERS
~Download directions were emailed out to everyone who ordered a digital image. Sometimes my emails land in spam (especially for gmail accounts, for some reason) so I just want to ensure everyone received these instructions.

THE DEADLINE TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL IMAGES IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18! Please email me if you have not received the instruction email!

FEEDBACK
If you are so inclined, I always love feedback about your and your child(ren)'s experience regarding the order process, products, etc. Good or bad! Really!

I'm always available at [email protected] or 303.667.9910.

Here's to a great rest of the year for you and your kiddos!
