The RMAE Board is thrilled to announce that this year's RMAE Annual Giving Campaign is just around the corner, running from OCT 23rd to 27th! This vital campaign helps us support the heart of our school, and we are excited to share some important details with you.
The funds play a significant role in our operating budget and are used to support subscriptions and materials for our classrooms, provide professional development opportunities for our staff, invest in instructional equipment and technology, and ensure the overall success of our educational mission. We are incredibly fortunate to have such generous RMAE families who understand the value of investing in our school.
Thank you for being part of our fantastic RMAE community, and let's work together to make this year's Annual Giving Campaign the best one yet!
-Trunk or Treat - sign up!

As some of you may know, our annual Open House is coming up on Wednesday Nov 8th. This is an annual showcase of the school for possible incoming/new families who want to meet teachers and tour the school. Enrollment is vital to the health and funding of the school.

To help get the word out about this event, Ms Renken is asking  that anyone that is willing/able to put an RMAE yard sign up on their property from Nov 1-Nov 8th please contact her to get a sign. Thank you for your help!
The 5th grade class would like to welcome and celebrate any veterans or active military personal with a breakfast which will take place Friday November 10th at 9:30 am. Please either sign up for yourself or a friend/neighbor/family member so that we may send them an invitation to attend. Thank you !

Your Vote Counts - Family Summary of the October Board Meeting
This year, a VERY IMPORTANT election that could have a significant impact on charter schools is on the horizon. Two seats on the Jeffco School Board are up for grabs, and we urge everyone to cast their vote.

To help you make an informed decision, we've provided a recording of the recent Candidate Forum where you can gain insights into each candidate's position. Click here to access the recording.

It is important to note that, even if you do not reside in JeffCo Districts 3 or 4, you are eligible to vote for those open seats. If you have any questions about the upcoming election on Nov 7th, please contact Board President, Scott Jones, at [email protected]

Mark your calendars for the next regular board meeting, scheduled for November 9th, 2023, at 6:30 PM, in The Den community room.
A Message form Ms Tapp:

In order to be better prepared for the season, I will be having a few open gyms before the season starts. I'm wanting some of the kids to get a chance to play together as well as for me to see more of the 6th/7th graders that may not have played last year or were on 6/7 team. This is not a basketball clinic, we are simply just going to scrimmage. There is no payment or fee.

Any middle school students (6th-8th) planning on playing for RMAE are welcome to come play, so please spread the word to others who you think might be interested.

The open gyms will be 3:30-4:30 on the following Fridays: 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, and 12/1.

October: Self-Control and Self-Discipline
Self-control is stopping to think about my actions before I enact them.
Self-discipline is giving the best of ourselves, and saying “no” to our weaknesses.
