Spanish - This week students decorated balloons and with skull faces for The Day of the Dead. A few classes also got their hands a bit sticky by making their own sugar skulls! Next week, we are hoping to decorate and display them, so stop by the Spanish classroom to see some sweet creations!

Cold Weather Clothing - We care about your children and want them to be happy and comfortable.  As we know, Colorado weather can change very quickly and as we move into fall/winter, please be sure your children are prepared for the cold and snow with hats, gloves, warm jackets, boots, and snow pants (labeled them with their names).  Students are expected to be outside everyday during recess and on days they have P/E.

The next Board meeting will be held tomorrow, Saturday, November 3rd from 11:00 to noon at Mount Vernon Canyon Club.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
