Hello RMAE families!
I hope you have enjoyed a summer of making lasting memories with family adventures! With the 2023/24 school year ready to be back in full swing, please look for our weekly newsletter, The Grizzly Growl, every Monday regarding school happenings, updates, and pertinent information.

A great way to kick start the year, reconnect with your RMAE friends and make new friends, is to join us on August 11th to help prepare our campus for the arrival of our amazing students. This is also a great way to kick start your family volunteer hours. Please refer to more detailed information in this newsletter.

We are looking forward to seeing our students and families on Monday, August 14th, for the Welcome Back Social. Please refer to the more detailed information in this newsletter. For parking purposes, please make every effort to arrive during your designated time.

We have dedicated, energetic, and caring group of teachers who can’t wait to meet their students. Our middle school experience has been enhanced with the addition of Brian Joyce in ELA and Maia Smith in Science. Suzanne Fries is in the office and looking forward to meeting all our wonderful families. All of them are wonderful additions to our staff. We are fortunate they chose to be a part of our RMAE family.

We are all very honored you have chosen RMAE to join you in your child’s educational journey. Here’s to another great year at RMAE!

The PTO welcomes you to the 2023/24 school year!  We're excited to meet RMAE’s new families and look forward to catching up with those returning. This year is going to be a busy one!  There are lots of events/activities planned.  The PTO is an integral part of RMAE's success.  Its function serves to support our students, teachers and most importantly fulfills a sense of community for parents/guardians. Please consider joining so we can continue to support RMAE. If you’re interested in becoming a member, please visit THIS LINK to register and sign up for the RMAE PTO app called Membership Toolkit.  This is also where you’ll sign up for school lunches and much more!

We realize this is a lot of information to process - we’re here to help so please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected] and we’ll navigate this together!

A very important part of our school and PTO is the need for volunteers. If there is an event you would like to support, please sign up here. There is now a full list of volunteering opportunities for the entire year and we need your help!

We will be asking for volunteer support often so please make sure to check out those requests in the Grizzly Growl and your classroom emails! The tools to sign up can be found in Membership Toolkit. Our success and support of our students and teachers is greatly increased by your participation.
