Your child will have homework Monday through Thursday every week (with some exceptions).
Often homework will be reading (20 minutes), reviewing the ongoing spelling list, and completing math homework (10 minutes).
We encourage every child to read every day.
Work will come home in a red folder with an assignment sheet stapled on the left side. Students will write their assignments on the assignment sheet with the date and return it the next day.
Parents, we ask that you check over your child’s work and initial in the parent signature column.
If your child does not understand a concept or a math homework page, please write a note on the homework and we will review the concept with your child. DO NOT spend more than 15 minutes on a page.
