BINGO: Join us for a fun night of BINGO at the Wild Game. Our next BINGO will be Thursday, December 5; doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the games start at 6:30. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Bring the family. For more info, please contact Tiffany Fontaine ([email protected]).


Parties for a Purpose: BBQ and Cookie Decorating Party- AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q are hosting an afternoon filled with yummy food and Holiday cheer. Join Amanda the Jared Leonard on Sunday December 15, from Noon-2:00 p.m. for barbecue and cookie decorating. Adult BBQ lunch includes 2 meats & 1 side and the Kids BBQ & Cookie decoration includes 1 meat & 1 side. Tickets are limited — go to AtoZ Connect to buy tickets.



Cookies with Santa at RMAE is December 8th from 2-4pm!
You don’t have to stand out in the cold at the holiday walk for pictures with Santa! Bring the kiddos to RMAE on Sunday, December 8 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. to have cookies and hot cocoa, and chat with our wonderful Santa and Mrs. Claus. Sign up on AtoZ for a time slot to have pictures taken by Annie Coppock.


Movies with Teachers- Need a little extra time for shopping? Mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 18. We are finalizing movie selections, so watch your email and Friday Folders for details after the break.


Shoe Drive- RMAE Student Council Members are joining with Soles4Souls to collect and distribute shoes throughout the United States. Since 2016, they have distributed over 35 million pairs of shoes. To accomplish our goal of collecting 100 pairs of shoes, we are asking students and parents to bring lightly used shoes and put them in collection bins placed throughout our buildings. Thank you for your donation!


Holiday Baskets for Senior Resource Center: RMAE will be collecting any men’s and woman’s scarves and toiletry items. Each grade will be assigned a toiletry items -enter your grade and items.  If you would like to donate gift cards or check/money that would also be appreciated. They can be made to Senior Resource Center and brought to the main office.  These funds are used to purchase supplemental and perishable goods.  For a list of items see HERE


RMAE will be collecting any men’s and women’s scarves, plus each grade has been assigned toiletry items. If you would like to donate gift cards or check/money that would also be appreciated. The November and December core virtues are Duty and Charity, so this is a perfect opportunity to exemplify those virtues! Your yearbook staff is back and already at it! We are excited to get this year rolling, and we need your help. One of the biggest areas that we end up lacking in each year is pictures. We have set up a "Community Upload" section of the ordering page. Please share your pictures HERE!   The access code is "RMAE". The website will prompt you to upload and then select a category. RMAE Ski Club Registration closed tomorrow, December 3rd! CLICK HERE to register for Ski Club.  When: Wednesdays, January 8th-March 18th
Participation Fee: $165-includes instruction & snack
Pass Cost: $99 (mid week or night pass); $149 (6-12yrs); $189 (13+yrs)--purchased through Echo Mountain with discount code All ability levels are welcome!
Join the RMAE Ski Club this year! Professional ski instructor, Olga Marinkina, will lead the group and give lessons. Participants leave directly after school from RMAE, will ski from 4-6pm at Echo Mountain, and will return to RMAE by 6:30pm. Ski equipment may be stored at school on Wednesdays.

To make the club work, Olga will coordinate parent carpooling.  Busing is not available. After filling out this form, participants will receive a code to use at Echo Mountain to purchase a discounted pass, a waiver and additional registration details.

Come join us (PandoraJohn Properties) in donating the gift of life for our inaugural Lifegiving Campaign on November 26 from 12-5 at the Bergen Park Fire Station!  Fun Facts: Each single donation can save up to 3 (yes, 3!) lives! You can donate as much as every 8 weeksIf you recently got a tattoo from a licensed parlor in CO, you can still donate... even if it was yesterday! Denver needs 6,000 donations per week to meet the need!  The greatest need is around the New Year.


Mountain Backpack Program – If you are in need of a hand up to meet the nutritional needs of your family, this program can help. There are no qualification requirements and only contact information is requested.
