A Message from the Principal

Dear RMAE Families,

Jeffco's school district is in the process of determining when to make up the snow day from last week.  You may receive a message pertaining to this in the near future.  This will not apply to RMAE students.  Even with the snow days we’ve had thus far, we meet the state instructional minute requirement.  As a result, we will not be extending or modifying our calendar this year to make up for that time.

I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Spring Break!

Your Proud Principal,
Dr. Ann Hudson

RMAE Happenings

Peachjar Digital Fliers - Families should have received an email this week from our school district introducing their new Peachjar communication tool.  While we are supportive of their efforts to save paper and reduce copy costs, we are also sensitive to the amount of communications our families receive.  Using Peachjar would generate a separate email for each flier loaded into this system.  Therefore, we have made the decision not to use this platform.  Relevant fliers will continue to be posted on our website with links to that information being included in the weekly Grizzly Growl Newsletters.   We will also be asking the providers of our after school activities to use electronic fliers exclusively, and again, this information will be provided to you via the weekly newsletters and on our website.

Middle School Olympics 2019 (field day)Thursday, May 2, 2019 -  Our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will be competing in 6 sporting events:  football, soccer, Newcomb ball, volleyball, basketball, and running relay. Come volunteer and see who goes home with gold, silver, and bronze...   Click on the link to signup:
