Costume Policy:
All may wear costumes that are appropriate in content and coverage
Students may not bring their costume accessories. Absolutely no weapon related item will be allowed
Students may wear a hat only if it is an integral part of their costume
No full makeup or other appearance altering is allowed
No masks are allowed
Class parties at teacher discretion (adhere to wellness policy) can only be held on the afternoon of Oct 31
A minimum of 50% of food must be healthy
Activities need to be academic based or a craft
Costume parade:
Begins at 2:35 in Kindergarten
Parents and middle school students will cheer on the parade on sidewalks in front of Den
Middle school students must be sitting on the sidewalk and positively cheering our younger students
Core teachers to pick up early from STAMP back in class by 230
October: Self-Control and Self-Discipline Self-control is stopping to think about my actions before I enact them. Self-discipline is giving the best of ourselves, and saying “no” to our weaknesses.
