Dear RMAE families,

I have exciting news to share!  Our very own Emily Johnson will be our middle school math teacher next year!  For the past 6 years, she has been teaching social studies at RMAE and is well-respected in our community.  What you may not know is that she is also qualified to teach secondary math.  Our middle school math program will be of exceptional quality with her at the helm.  Although this leaves a void in social studies, we already have well-qualified candidates interested in joining our team before even posting the opportunity.  I strongly believe we will have a teacher who will continue Emily's legacy of success in social studies and support the RMAE vision, mission, and high level of academic rigor.  Please join me in welcoming Emily as she takes on a different career endeavor!

Student Council would like to thank our wonderful RMAE community for their generosity in giving to the food drive.  We were thrilled to deliver 470 pounds of food items to the Evergreen Christian Outreach this week.  This will go along way towards supporting those needing a hand up throughout the Evergreen community.  Our sincere thanks! 

Movie Night - Thursday, February 21st, 3:15 - 5:00 pm - Login to your AtoZ Connect account to purchase movie night for your student(s).  Students will no longer be able to switch to a movie other than the one they are signed up for.

The next Board meeting will be held on Thursday, March 14th at 7:00 pm in the music room next to the technology room in the back of the first building. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is time allotted for public comment at the beginning and at the end of each meeting.
