Ms. Pumphrey's Bio
My name is Brinda Lane-Pumphrey and this is my eleventh year at RMAE teaching middle school art and my third year teaching fifth grade art.
I grew up in Littleton. I am a member of the Art Students League of Denver, the Colorado Art Education Association, 40 West Arts where I often show my paintings, and Foothills Art Center. I love teaching art! I also love making art. I primarily work in 2-D using oil paints, acrylic paints, watercolor paints, and drawing. I also express my creativity in a wide variety of other mediums like baking and building crazy gingerbread houses with my daughters like Hagrid's Hut, a castle, a Hobbit hole house, the Burrow/Weasley's house, the Death Star (picture below), etc..
The best way to reach me is by email. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so if you leave a voicemail I can't get it until the next time I work. I check my emails frequently, even on my days off. My email is: [email protected]
This is one of my oil paintings.
