Hello My Name Is...

Carrie Weiker

I am from Cheyenne, Wyoming and moved to Colorado during elementary school.  My husband and I had always wanted to move to the mountains, and were thrilled to realize our dream in December of 2017.

I originally went to Colorado State University to become a veterinarian.  After graduation with a Bachelor's degree in large animal biology and reproductive health, I re-entered school to study elementary education.  I received my undergraduate degree from University of Northern Colorado and my Master's degree in Science Education from Walden University.

I have been teaching since 2007, and look forward to the excitement each year!
