Kindergarten Enrollment & Registration

Full-Day Kindergarten - Now Tuition Free!
- As a result of Colorado's HB19-1262 being passed and signed by the Governor in May 2019, full-day kindergarten will be funded like other grade levels.  Therefore, we will no longer collect tuition to cover the costs of the partial funding gap.

Kindergarten Enrollment & Registration -
SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020

ENROLLMENT

Kindergarten enrollment begins by submitting either a Round 1 or Round 2 EnrollJeffco enrollment application.

Round 1 EnrollJeffco - December 10th, 2019 - February 15th, 2020
Completing your enrollment application through EnrollJeffco during this period is your best opportunity to secure a position in the desired grade level(s).  If there are more applications submitted than openings, a lottery will take place to fill open positions.   If a student is not offered a spot, the student remains on the prioritized wait list.

Round 2 EnrollJeffco - January 21, 2020 - August 28, 2020.  The second round applications are processed on a space-available, first come, first served basis. As space becomes available, parents will be notified through the contact information entered on the application.  Complete the three steps outlined below:

Students who are not placed must repeat this process next January in order to be considered for enrollment the following year.

Three easy steps to enroll using EnrollJeffco’s new system:

1. Jeffco Connect - Make sure your Jeffco Connect contact information is up to date for current students.  A new student in a current family will simply be added to the family account.  For login issues, contact your current school.

New families to the District will need to create a new Jeffco Connect account.  For assistance with Jeffco Connect, please call our office or refer to the reference guide click HERE.

2. EnrollJeffco
 - Follow the EnrollJeffco link/button below to select your school of choice (RMAE) and to submit your application.

3. Accept or Decline - Families will be notified of their student’s status on or around February 25th.  If your student receives an enrollment offer, You will have FIVE DAYS from the date of the offer to log in to EnrollJeffco to accept or decline the position being offered.  After July 8th the offers will expire TWO DAYS after being sent.

Accepted
:  Welcome to the RMAE Community!  We are now your homeschool!  You will receive information about Early Registration.  If a student is waitlisted for another school, accepting our offer will not remove their waitlist priority for the other school.

Declined or No Response:  We wish you the best at your school of choice.  If you change your mind at a later date and wish to re-enroll at RMAE, you may do so through the Round 2 Choice Enrollment (first come, first served).
